The goal of this cohort is to maximize impact – to help Executive Directors and their teams go beyond survival mode and into amplification of their cause and multiplication of their impact for not only their constituents but also their employees, donors, and supporters.
Too often non-profit leaders assume the 501c3 status requires a life of poverty for staff and leadership. We believe those changing the world for the better should be well compensated and should attract the top talent to their cause.
